So I am sitting here, tired, but staying awake for as long as I can until Chris emails. IF he emails.... In the meantime, I'm texting the Bestie and trying to convince her to make a blog, and watching (more like listening to) Memoirs of a Geisha with Brandi.
Brandi's tags are expired on the car so I have offered to drive her to work and back from work everyday. She wanted to drive her car but I didn't want her risking a chance of getting pulled over. She has been so great! Between her and Christian helping me so much, I feel like I can overcome anything. Brandi helps me with the kids (who have been driving me INSANE lately) and Christian helps me with Chris. She knows so much more about what I'm going through since her Hubby is also currently deployed, and she has a child too.
It's really hard to deal with this deployment, but I have made it through 6 months of it now, and only have 4 months to go. We have had out ups and downs.... sometimes REALLY bad downs.... but we are still together and still working through everything. (Thanks again Christian!) I miss him so much, and so do the kids. Not a day goes by that Abbie doesn't look and me and say, "Mommy..... I miss my Daddy....". And the same with Aidan. He looks at me each morning and goes, "Daddy?" And I have to tell him that he's at work on his ship. It's so hard sometimes when it comes to them missing him. Abbie also picks up every single possible leaf, stick, flower, etc and asks me if I will send it to Daddy. It's cute.... But I can't actually send him that stuff all the time!
We are also doing better financially than we have been. Between the car breaking down, and all of the regular bills, we almost never have any money for extra, even to put into savings. BUT, now that the car is fixed, and nothing else bad has come up (knock on wood), then it should get better. We really need to start saving money because hubby wants to try and go to Colorado when he gets back.
Speaking of going places..... I wanted to go and try and see my dad soon, because of the fact that he will be deploying to Afghanistan here soon..... But that's just something we definitely won't be able to afford :( We will barely be able to afford the trip to Colorado, if we can at all. I really disappointed about it..... as much as I don't like to think something bad could happen to my dad, he IS going into a war zone, and I might never get to see him again..... So I'm really hoping that not being able to visit him is God's way of telling me that he will be fine....
Now to change the subject again...... THE FUTURE..... We should be able to pay off the loan on the Mustang and the personal loan at tax time next year. If that happens, then we will hopefully be getting me an SUV. I've been doing A LOT of research, and although I change my mind quite frequently about which one I want (right Christian? lol) I think I have FINALLY decided on the GMC Acadia. We will get used, and the oldest one that is made is a 2008. So it's not even that old, and we can also get it for like 20 grand around here! :) That's not bad for an SUV that's only 2 years old right?
Another future decision. Chris and I have decided to try for another baby as soon as he gets home. If we can pregnant right away then we will definitely need a bigger vehicle! And no mom, I am NOT getting a mini van..... I don't care how much you LOVE yours! lol. I am SO NOT a mini van mom. But I still love you :) Anyways though..... I am excited about the aspect of having a baby...... but not so much about the pregnancy part..... After losing Deacon, I'm kind of scared to try again..... What if the same thing happens? This soon..... it would kill me..... emotionally speaking anyway.... And I can only imagine what it would do to him. Chris took Deacon's death so much harder than me. I would hate to see him go through that again too.
Ok, now back to less depressing things. lol. Tomorrow is Friday, and I will be picking up our reimbursement check from housing. It's only like $75, but that's a lot of money to us. And this means that we will actually have money left in our acct by the time he gets paid again :) Even if only an amount like that. So I'm excited!!!
I guess I am gonna end this now though. Still waiting for Chris to email, but the thought of waking up at 645 in the morning is making me even more tired, and it is now 10:30 pm here. But, as always, I will leave my phone on vibrate, and under my pillow in case he emails. More updates later. Might be a few days, might be tomorrow. Depends on if anything happens then ;)

Just a bit about ME :)
So..... My mom (step-mom) just started one of these and I thought "What the hey, I'll start one too." So for my first blog I am just going to describe myself and my life a bit. Although I'm sure I will end up writing a little more than I intend to as of now. ;)
I am a 23 year old Mommy of 3, (although God decided to take one away) and Wifey to a wonderful United States Sailor. Abigail Sue (Abbie) was born July 19, 2006, Aidan James was born March 8, 2008, and Deacon Francis was born January 26, 2010 but was stillborn at 25 weeks in my pregnancy. My hubby is Christopher, and we have been married now for 1 year, 3 months, and 4 days :) My family is my everything!
Right now Chris is deployed. He has been since January 2 of this year and won't be home until December. Although I was lucky enough to have him home for a month in April/May. I was very lucky there. Not a lot of wives get that with their husbands who are deployed. So for now, I live in San Diego with the kiddies.
I would consider myself lucky in general, although sometimes I forget this fact. I have beautiful kids and an amazing husband. A fairly large family, although most of them live in different states. I have a few awesome friends, which includes my sis-in-law, and I wouldn't trade any of them for anything! We are all happy and healthy, and are all loved. :)
Aside from all of that, I LOVE taking pictures!!!! I have a Kodak EasyShare Z981 point and shoot camera, that takes pics almost as good as any DSLR :) I hope one day to be able to maybe take some photography classes, but for now I am focusing on my family and just the general things in life.
So that is pretty much me in a nutshell..... As I said above, I did end up writing more than I planned on. lol
